Hi, I’m Yuk Ying, a virtual assistant to help you focus on the growth of your business.

I have over 30 years’ experience in office and customer service positions. I originally trained as  an office administrator and qualified with a BTEC national diploma in secretarial skills way back in a world when shorthand was fashionable. I  possess excellent office and administrative skills, I am extremely positive, proactive and highly motivated. I am  a friendly  extremely well organised professional who can add value to your business by the hour.  I am confident with Excel, Word, and Sage 50 and remain a quick and enthusiastic learner.

I can provide you with administration support services that are tailored to suit your needs, regular or occasional hours, holiday cover or just to clear the current backlog.

Scanning Services

If you or your company want to progress into becoming paperless, I can help. I can arrange collection of your documents / plans and convert them into easily stored and easily access digital PDF files. I have professional equipment that can create standard or searchable digital copies up to A3 size. All information  is returned on a disc or memory stick. The hard copies can be returned or securely destroyed by a 3rd party receipted service provider. This will reduce non productive paper storage, give you back your valuable space and make your documents more accessible and useful than the paper equivalents.

Rates

I can provide help with a large variety of tasks, whether it is a one off task or ongoing support that you require. By outsourcing your admin to me,  I enable you to focus your time and effort on your core business activities, generating revenue and growing your business. 

No minimum hours and no commitment. I work around hours to suit you.  I will track and report – you pay only for the hours I work.
